Terms of Service
All Orders placed with Weber Audio are subject
to the following terms and conditions. By clicking “I Agree”
and placing your order, it is understood that you have read and
agreed with these terms.
Copyright
• Weber Audio does not accept bootleg
or illegally possessed material for transfer.
• Transferred licensed material is strictly for personal
use and not for third party use.
• Transferred licensed material is not for the purpose of
duplicating, distribution, re-distribution, publishing, broadcasting,
net casting, digital or analog copying and /or resale.
• Only one transfer of licensed material is furnished by
Weber Audio.
• Transferred licensed material must be on a different media
than the original format.
Damage Disclaimer
• Weber Audio is not liable for lost or
damaged media shipped to us.
• Weber Audio is responsible to lost or damaged media returned
to you if and only if it is a result of negligence on our part
(example; damage due to improper packaging or incorrect address).
• Weber Audio is not responsible for lost or damaged media
if the carrier is found negligent (example; crushed, bent, liquid
damage, lost, etc).
• Due to the conditions of the media we work with (old,
worn, brittle, damaged, etc.) it may be possible to experience
failure during playback (tape breakage, etc). Although this is
a rare occurrence, it is not because of negligence on our part
and we disclaim any responsibility for it.
Policy
• All non-clearing personal checks are
subject to a $20.00 service charge.
• All payments must be made in full before completed work
is shipped.
• Backup copies of transfers are retained by Weber Audio
for a period of 30 days of invoice date.
• Weber Audio guarantees customer satisfaction and playback
quality for a period of 30 days from invoice date. Any discrepancies
must be made with Weber Audio within 30 days.
• In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your
transfer; Weber Audio will re-transfer your media free of charge
or refund your purchase.
• Weber Audio reserves the right to return media that is
evaluated as unusable due to condition.
In the event these terms are violated,
Weber Audio will not be held liable.
